Companies spend millions on creating and communicating about products every year and on strategic insights intended to keep them ahead of the competition for years to come – but much of that effort and investment can be wasted if when confronted with a shelf in a supermarket or a display in a store, at the final moment of truth, a shopper makes the “wrong” decision and chooses something else.

How can you understand your consumers’ “Path to Purchase” and therefore predict and avoid potential pitfalls? How can you ensure that you invest in the right way to ensure you maximise your chance of success and return on investment?
